FM Surface Coatings have been zinc galvanising products in Hamilton for over 20 years. Our electro-galvanising department can protect your product whether it be a bolt or a beam. We offer two finish coats; blue and gold zinc passivate, to help enhance and protect your valuable product.

The electro-galvanising process provides specific protection as the zinc coating acts as a sacrificial anode. Electro-galvanising can even be used as a pre-coat prior to powder coating or wet coating. When used as a pre-coat the item must first be unpassivated.

With our long baths and barrel line we can coat anything made from steel - from nuts and bolts to steel beams. Our process is monitored both externally and internally to ensure the best coating practices.
