Powdercoating

PowdercoatingThe FM Surface Coatings powdercoating facility offers a full range of interior and exterior finishes in vibrant colours. We coat material to a high specification and employ external quality auditing to monitor the performance of our coatings. With our large capacity in-line oven, we can coat items up to 8m long. We also have pre-treatment tanks that are 1.5m deep.

Electro-galvanising (Zinc Plating)

Electro-galvanisingOur electro-galvanising department can protect your valuable products, from a bolt to a beam. We provide for the electro-galvanising of metals through our in-line and barrel facility and galvanising is available in blue (bright zinc) or gold zinc passivate. We offer other colours on request.

Electroplating

ElectroplatingWe offer copper, nickel and chrome plating for a range of jobs such as restoration and chrome plating of classic vehicle parts, plumbing parts, furniture restoration and decorative finishes.


Metal Polishing
